We met the day after Morris accepted Christ in 1988. I worked at a Bible bookstore and Morris went in to find a book and we began a friendship. We shared our love for Christ, worship music and our dreams for the future.
In God’s beautiful way, two years into our friendship God spoke to me that Morris would be my husband. It took Morris about four months to discover this truth for himself. We were married August 25th, 1990. We have now been married for thirty -one years and have three grown children and one grandchild.
We have been blessed in so many ways. We attend Family Life Community Church in Federal Way. We have spent years in ministry, teaching, singing, and hosting Bible Studies in our home. One thing we have learned over the years is that people need authentic relationships with love and grace. Our ultimate goal as a couple is to LOVE GOD and LOVE PEOPLE as best as we can no matter what. That is what God has called us to.
And by the blood of his cross, everything in heaven and earth is brought back to himself- back to it’s original intent, restored to innocence again.
Colossians 1:20
Behind each door is an opportunity for overwhelming joy.
